That’s why we’re here to provide you with a user-friendly experience and guide you through the process step by step. Whether you’re a high school student exploring your options or a prospective college student seeking guidance, our platform is tailored to meet your needs.
We offer a Subject Combination section where you can input the subjects you have passed in your Olevel exams, an Area of Interest section to help you explore potential careers, and a Selection Criteria section to refine your choices based on competitiveness, faculty preferences, and institution categories.
Our aim is to make your educational journey more manageable and help you make informed decisions. So, let’s get started and embark on this exciting path of discovering the opportunities that lie ahead!

Subject Combination:
In this section, you will need to provide the five subjects that you have successfully passed in your Olevel examinations. You have the flexibility to combine subjects from multiple Olevel results. It’s important to note that the system does not validate the subjects you input. Instead, it assumes that all selected subjects have been passed in your Olevel exams. The subjects you choose in the Subject Combination section will be utilized to populate the selection criteria section.
Selection Criteria:
Area of Interest: Once you have selected the five subjects, the system will automatically populate the Area of Interest field with career options based on the selected subjects. If you find a career that interests you, you can choose it and proceed to the second criteria. Alternatively, you can select “Optional” to ignore the Area of Interest. When you choose “Optional,” the system will not consider your career choice while selecting a course that matches your subject combination.
Competitiveness: This criterion refers to the level of competition for admission into a particular course, categorized as low, high, or moderate. After selecting the Subjects and Area of Interest, the choices you make will determine the options available in the Competitiveness section. Depending on your Subjects and Area of Interest, you may see “low,” “high,” “moderate,” or all available options. However, if you previously selected “Optional” in the Area of Interest section, you will be presented with all available choices.
Faculty: In this step, you will be asked to select the specific faculty in which you would like the system to find a suitable course for you. It’s important to note that there may be limited options based on your subject combination and the criteria you have previously selected.
Institution Category: Here, you have the opportunity to choose whether you want the system to find a matching course in a private, state, or federal institution. The system will present you with courses available in the chosen institution category. It’s important to note that there may be limited options based on your subject combination and the criteria you have previously selected.
Note:
- When clicking on the find button, you will see a message similar to this:
- SACFI stands for Subject combinations, Area of Interest, Competitiveness, Faculty, and Institution Category.
- SCFI stands for Subject combinations, Competitiveness, Faculty, and Institution Category.
- The first set of matched courses is based on SACFI. When the system can no longer find any matched courses based on SACFI, it will switch to SCFI
- When you select Optional in Area of Interest, you are directly finding matched courses based on SCFI
- If the matched courses don’t interest you, you can also refine the options you choose in Subject Combination and Selection Criteria to get more courses.
